FLUOROTHERM CUSTOM MOLDED PLASTIC AND FABRICATED PRODUCTS

Fluorotherm plastic fabricating co. produces custom plastic molds and other fabricated products from fluoropolymers such as PTFE, FEP, PFA, ETFE and other plastics. These products are generally made to prints furnished by the customer. Fluorotherm has also developed products for the customer where specific performance criteria must be met. Shipments of these products are generally accompanied by certificates of conformance, certifications and inspection reports per customer requirement.

Here are just a few examples of custom plastic molds and products developed or co-developed and manufactured by Fluorotherm:

  1. Guide tube with a precision stainless steel ring insert
  2. Bonded PTFE flange to PFA and PTFE tubing (non-adhesive)
  3. Custom PTFE laminar plate heat exchanger
  4. Fluorotherm machines and plastics production:
    (Sanitary flow tubes and pipe with single and/or multiple bends)
  5. PFA tubing 90 degree, U and Z shaped sweeps for ultrapure, sanitary flow
  6. Formed PFA and FEP coils for fluid flow and heat transfer applications
